During this period, the hospitality sector reached its peek with the contracts that were signed with international hotel brands such as the Holiday Inn and the Golden Tulip. This period marked a new era for the entertainment sector as the group focused on establishing family entertainment centers inside of commercial center. They launched Tabuk's Commercial Center, Riyadh's AlHokair Land, Jeddah' Sultan Mall's Digital Land, Ibn Khaldoon's Digital Land, AlKhaimah Fun Studio, AlNakheel Plaza's Fun Town, Tabuk Mall's Fun Town and Hail's Samah Mall's Safari. As for the hospitality sector, they ended up opening up the Holiday Inn Half Moon Bay Resort and Dammam's Tulip Inn Hotel

The group launched 9 entertainment centers in Riyadh and Jeddah, which are Sparky's AlSalam Center, Sparky's Dharhran Mall, Sparky's Aziz Mall, Aseer Mall's Digital Land, AlJami'ah Plaza's Digital Land, Jarir Mall's Abcarino, AlRoshan Center's Digital Land, AlObaykan Center's Digital Land, AlRimal Mall's Tim Tick. The group also launched Holiday Inn AlQuasr and the Red Sea Palace Hotel

During this period, the group was able to establish a lot of successful achievements in all its sectors. This of course had a positive outcome on the group's investments in both the entertainment and hospitality sectors. the group opened up 6 new hotels in Jeddah, Riyadh, AlKhobbar and Dubai, which are The Mina Hotel, AlNasiriyah Golden Tulip Hotel, Jeddah's Golden Tulip Hotel, Dubai's Golden Tulip Suites Hotel, Holiday Inn AlSalam Hotel and AlKhobbar's Golden Tulip Hotel. They also launched 11 entertainment centers inside the biggest commercial centers, which are AlAndalus Mall's Sparky's, AlNoor Mall's Sparky's, Red Sea Mall's Sparky's, AlKhaleediah Mall's Sparky's, AlQuatif Mall's Digital Land, AlShara' Center's Digital Land, AlDhahran Mall's Abcarino, Riyadh Gallery's Oceanica, Hayat Center's Sparky's, AlRashid Mall's DJ Fun and Arab Mall's Vortex

The group established itself as a pioneer in both the entertainment and hospitality sectors. Apart from the Holiday Inn and the Golden Tulip Inn, AlHokair Group partnered up with the Hilton and Novotel Hotel and launched 6 new hotels, which are the Hilton Garden Inn Olaya Hotel, alKhobbar's Holiday Inn AlKhornaish Hotel, Hail's Golden Tulip Hotel, Haql's Holiday Inn Hotel, Taif Tulip Inn and Tulip Inn Regency Jeddah Hotel. They also opened up 8 entertainment centers, which are Riyadh's Panorama Mall's Metropolis, which is considered the latest gaming center in Saudi Arabia located in the largest commercial center in Riyadh, AlHafoof's Sparky's, Jazan's Digital Land, AlRashid Mall's Digital Land, Almanar Plaza's Fun Studio, Dareen Mall's Fun Studio, Beljurashi's Luna Park and Aziziyah Mall's Happy Farm. They also lunched a number of spas and health centers in their already existing hotels

During this period, the group continued its series of success by bringing its developmental vision of modernity, originality and excellence in both the entertainment and hospitality sector to life. The group even started its own entertainment brand "Sparky's" which they launched in three commercial centers; Lulu Mall, Kingdom Center and Jeddah's Fantazia Land. They also took over Sparky's AbuDhabi which included five entertainment centers; AlMazzed Center, Oasis Center, AlFoah Center, Ras AlKhaimah Center and AlMushref Center. As for the hospitality sector, the group was able to launch its own brand Mena Hotels, which included five hotels: Dammam's Novotel Business Park Hotel, Riyadh's Suite Novotel Hotel, Pullman AlHamra Hotel, Yanbu's Tulip Inn and AlYamama Resort

The group continued its streak of excellence in the entertainment and hospitality sectors by providing nothing but the best services and products for their customers. In fact, during this this period, the group launched Sparky's AlGhareer in the UAE, Sparky's AlJubail and Digital Land Gardinia. As for the hospitality sector, the group launched Dhahran's Hilton Double Tree Hotel and Jubail's Golden Tulip Hotel. The year 2014 marked the launch of many Sparky's entertainment centers such as Riyadh's Tala Center's Sparky's and Fujairah's Lulu Mall's Sparky's. As for the hospitality sector, the group improved and developed a number of hotels such as Jeddah's Pullman AlHamra Hotel, Jeddah's Holiday Inn AlSalam Hotel and Hail's Golden Tulip Hotel. In 2014, AbdulMohsen AlHokair Group for Tourism and Development celebrated becoming a joint-stock company listed in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul)

This period was full of many excellent achievements. The group reached a total of 34 hotels with more than 4.792 rooms and suites distributed across 12 cities. These hotels are either international hotels run by the group based on the franchising agreement, hotels run by international hoteliers based on the agreement signed with the group or local hotels runs by the group. The group is now associated with many international hotel brands such as Holiday Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Double Tree, Novotel, Suite Novotel, Radisson Blu, Park Inn, Golden Tulip and Tulip Inn. The group now also runs and manages 79 entertainment centers across 24 cities in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The group also launched Riyadh's Sparky's Lulu Mall, Jubail's Sparky's Lulu Mall, Sparky's Jury Center, Dammam's Sparky's Lulu Mall, Hail's Sparky's Salma Mall, Hafr AlBatin's Sparky's, AlHokair Center for Entertainment and Sport, Jeddah's Red Sea Mall's Snowy, Jazan's AlRashid Mall's Snowy, Madina's AlRashid Mall's Snowy, AlHokair Center for Entertainment and Sport's SkyZone and Aziz Mall's SkyZone
