Al-Hokair and Lulu Inaugurate Theme Park in India
Al-Hokair Group for Tourism and Development has recently collaborated with the Lulu Global Company to open a theme park in the Indian state of Cochin. Mr. Majid Al-Hokair Vice Chairman, attending the opening ceremony, along with the Prime Minister of the Kerala Province and as many as ten other Indian ministers, stated that the opening of the first family Entertainment City is an extension of Al-Hokair's leadership in the management and operations of entertainment centers, which started more than 40 years ago.
Explaining about the Entertainment City, which opened in India's largest commercial complex in the city of Cochin, Kerala Province, Al-Hokair stated that it includes many modern recreational games, a bowling alley, ice skating rink and lounge that offers five-dimensional electronic game centers, reality games and childcare.
He emphasized that there is a broad plan for greater cooperation between the two sides in the field of entertainment and the opening of more branches of entertainment centers in various Indian states.
He also noted that Al-Hokair Group has been working to upgrade their tourism and leisure system in the Kingdom to become the best in the Saudi tourism industry. In further gaining confidence, the Group has become the largest entertainment company specializing in the Middle East and region, indicating the importance of the Group's policy of taking into account the principles of total quality, security and safety for all visitors, while simultaneously attracting specialized administrative and technical talent.
For his part, Yusef Ali, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Lulu Global Company, praised the great cooperation between their company and Al-Hokair through the strong strategic partnership between the two sides.
Ali further thanked Al-Hokair on the opening of the Entertainment City, pointing out that there is a strong desire for further cooperation in the fields of Tourism and Entertainment.
