Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development announces the distribution of cash dividends for the period of First Half 2016
The Board of Directors of Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development has approved the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period First Half 2016 as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 35,750,000
2.Dividend per share SAR 0.65
3.Dividend represent 6.5% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on 11-08-2016
