ALHOKAIR INSTITUTE IN ALBAHA LAUNCHES A TRAINING COURSE IN FOOD SAFETY

The High Institute for Hospitality and Tourism in association with AlHokair Group and the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation in Albaha launched its first professional training course in Health Management and Food Safety in cooperation with the HACCP-based qualifications offered by Highfield.
The food safety training program was offered to many of the institute’s officials and trainees in the hope of raising the level of competence in the hospitality sector.
The training program was responsible for elevating the vocational and technical aspects of food safety management through its clear understanding of the ISO 2200 requirements and other international and local food safety related standards. All of this results in trainees being capable of implementing an internal audit using risk analysis tools.
The program concluded by a performance test for all those who participated. The participants then thanked the institute for providing them with such training courses and hoped to be part of many more since this will help them raise their level of professionalism in both sectors of  hospitality and food and beverages.
