Al-Hokair Group for Tourism and Development launched its newest restaurant "Majlisna" in Mena Andalusia hotel. The restaurant with its Saudi touch attracts different nationalities and cultures to learn about Saudi cuisine.
It serves famous Saudi dishes in a non-traditional way under the supervision of Chef Duha Abdullah. Sami Al Hokair, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, stated that Majlisuna is an extension of the Group’s many restaurants which contribute to serving Saudi dishes in a non-traditional way that attract different nationalities and cultures to learn about the culture of Saudi cuisine. He continued to state that AlHokair Group is also very proud to have a creative female Saudi chef run our restaurant, since Saudi women have faced many challenges in various fields, yet they managed to succeed every time with the utmost respect to their religion and society.
For her part, Chef Duha Abdullah expressed her thanks and appreciation to the management of AlHokair Group for giving her the opportunity to run the Saudi restaurant and for giving others the opportunity to the hotel business, which is an important pillar of our national tourism.
