The Extraordinary General Assembly of Al-Hokair Group
The Extraordinary General Assembly of Abdul Mohsen Al-Hokair Group for Tourism and Development was held on June 21, 2023, corresponding to Dhul-Hijjah 2, 1444, through modern technology, where the events of the year 2022 AD were discussed, according to what was included in the report of the Board of Directors and the financial statements.
The decision to split the share's nominal value and harmonize the articles of association according to the new companies' system was also approved. This was followed by a response to the attendees' inquiries from the honorable shareholders regarding the items of the assembly's business, which were approved during the community.
